ARE THE AIRPORT TRANSFERS PRIVATE OR IS IT SHARED WITH OTHER GROUPS?
When you paid for a private airport transfer, you will travel on a private vehicle with your family to your hotel or residence.
You will automatically receive an invoice by email when you order an airport transfer on our booking sysem.
Invoice are automatically sent to the email you provided, if you don`t receive a confirmation email with a few hours, please check your SPAM folder.
If you still can’t find in your spam folder, then it`s possible you entered an incorrect email address, in this case please contact us and we will help you. We respond to all email within 24 hours or less.
All flights are constantly monitored so your driver will greet you at Mauritius airport on your arrival. Therefore if your flight is delayed, there is no need to worry about paying costly waiting time as we will be aware of any delay. No additional charge if your flight is delayed.
Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the transfer, send us an email for cancellation reason.

All airlines have handing agents, who will organize your luggage to be sent to your resort address. If you are delayed in finding your luggage please notify so we can inform the driver. You will not charge for any waiting time.
YES, all our vehicles are fully licensed by a local authority and carry an up to date public service transport license. All vehicle have full insurance as required by Mauritian law.
You can order child seats and booster seats on the online booking form. The first child seat is free of charge. Any additional child seat requested will be charged at 10 EUR per transfer.
No, all transfers are direct , from Mauritius Airport to your accomodation. Your driver will only stop in case of emergency and of course would not mind a 5-minute stop for refreshment upon your request.
If you require a transfer within the next 12 hours, we highly recommend you to speak to our staff at our office either by phone/Email/Chat or WhatsApp.
We operate seven days a week from 5 am to11 pm.

Please note: For departure (hotel pick up), we recommend that your preferred pick up time is at least 4 hours before your flight time due to the traffic condition in Mauritius. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight. Use GOOGLE MAPS to determine distance & travel time or talk to us about it.

An online payment of 10% deposit per transfer in EUR will be required to book a private transfer. Remaining balance by cash payment can be made to the driver in EUR, USD,GBT or MUR after reaching the hotel.
