Fantastic trip which enabled us to visit the main sites in the area. We had our driver /guide to ourselves which was great. He was very friendly and informative and discussed what we would be covering before we left . The scenery was fantastic .

    HOW IT WORKS?

    RELIABLE AIRPORT TRANSFER IN MAURITIUS

    1. You will receive a confirmation email and voucher ticket instantly after booking.
    2. You can present the voucher to the driver either in printed or via your mobile.
    3. In the even that you do not receive an email from us after booking, please check your spam folder or notify us via email.
    4. You will receive your driver`s contact details by email at least a day before your scheduled transfer.
    5. For arrival airport pick-up service, our driver will hold a board with your name written on it and wait for you in the airport arrivals hall.
    6. If you cannot find the driver at the airport, please call the driver directly or contact our hotline listed on your voucher ticket.

    USEFUL TRANSFER INFO

  • When you book, please provide the Airline name, flight number and arrival time for your flight, as well as the name and full address of your hotel or accommodation.
  • Flight delays: No additional charge if your flight is delayed, cancelled or re-scheduled for another day.
  • Always mention the child`s age in the booking if you are ordering a child / toddler seat.
  • For departure (hotel pick-up) we recommend that your preferred pick-up time is at least 4 hours before your flight time due to the traffic condition in Mauritius.
  • Please include any special requests in the space provided in your booking. If you will be brining surfboards, golf bags, or other items that don`t count as normal luggage, please indicate that here as well.

  • An online payment of 50% in EUR will required to book your package. The payment link will be found in your booking confirmation voucher which you will receive by email. Remaining 50% payment can be made to the driver in MUR, EUR, USD on your pick-up departure.

    ARE THE AIRPORT TRANSFER PRIVATE OR IS IT SHARED WITH GROUPS?
    When you paid for a private airport transfer, you will travel on private vehicle with your family to your hotel or residence.

    WILL I RECEIVE AN INVOICE WHEN I PLACE AN ORDER?
    You will automatically receive an invoice by email when you order package on our booking system.

    WHAT IF DON`T RECEIVE ANY INVOICE BY EMAIL?
    Invoice are automatically sent to the email you provided, if you don`t receive a confirmation email with a few hours, please check your SPAM folder then it`s possible you entered an incorrect email address, in this case please contact us and we will help you. We respond to all email within 24 hours or less.

    HOW DO I FIND MY DRIVER WHEN I REACH THE AIRPORT?
    Your driver will be waiting for you at the airport`s lounge holding a plate with your name written on it.

    WHAT IF DO NOT FIND THE DRIVER?
    In rare cases, customers may take some minutes to locate their driver at the airport. Our customer received their driver`s contact details by email one day before the trip. Customers call liaise with the driver directly or simply call our office or hotline.

    WHAT HAPPEN IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED?
    All flights are constantly monitored so your driver will greet you at Mauritius airport on your arrival.

    FOR EXCURSION WHERE WILL THE DRIVER MEET ME?
    Your driver will wait for you at your hotel reception on-time.

    WILL I HAVE TO SHARE THE VECHICLE WITH OTHERS WHO ARE NOT IN MY PARTY?
    When you reserve a vehicle via our company, no matter whether it is 3 passengers car, 8 passengers minibus, the vehicle is exclusively yours for the whole journey.
